BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Services Short title. Commission Ordinance, 1950.

2. In this Ordinance-

"Commission" means the Public Services Commission

established by this Ordinance;

does not include the Chairman.

"member" when used with reference to the Commission
